Client: The client is a highly respected and recognized US law firm with offices throughout the United States, as well as offices in Europe, and Asia, and extensive practices in Africa and South America. The firm provides legal services for virtually every discipline of the law, whether the issue is local, regional, national or international. Position Location: Miami, Florida Position Objective : The Legal Recruiting Administrator provides leadership and drives the Miami office legal recruiting business plan that successfully attracts national caliber candidates. This position is responsible for managing all aspects for the effective administration of the office’s legal recruiting program for lateral partner and associate positions, including on-campus interviewing and the Summer Associates Program. Requirements: College degree required or equivalent work experience in professional services environment. Minimum of three years of experience in administering a recruiting program for a large (100+) law firm with a national and/or international presence, or a significant similar professional services organization. With this experience comes a familiarity with a large firm’s organizational structure, policies and procedures, and recruitment program methodologies. Prior experience will also include supervisory accountabilities. This position necessitates knowledge of federal and state legal and regulatory requirements and employment law, as well as an individual who is well versed in utilizing recruiting and interviewing techniques. Proficiency with various technology and software tools for database applicant tracking and recruitment, and a working knowledge of the internet, as well as a competent understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel is required. The successful candidate will be a proactive, results oriented individual who has, at the core of their personal style, charisma, diplomacy and tact. They will have a strong personal and professional presence and possess solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be creative and innovative, but also able to work independently and drive results. A strong customer service orientation that reflects a sense of commitment to providing timely and workable solutions that address the businesses needs is critical. Additionally, they will have well developed organizational skills, reflecting an ability to prioritize and a constant attention to detail. |
